5. AI-Assisted Processing and Automated Production Tools

Lifted uses artificial intelligence, automation software, APIs and third-party technology services as part of its video production and operational workflows. These technologies may be used to analyze project materials, generate production instructions, create or animate video content, transfer files, manage workflows and perform related production functions.

Depending on the project and our technology configuration, materials you provide — including listing photographs, property information, prompts, filenames or other project data — may be transmitted to third-party technology providers for processing.

Our technology stack may include providers or services such as HighLevel/LeadConnector, n8n, Google services, cloud hosting and storage providers, KIE.ai and third-party artificial-intelligence or video-generation APIs, including video-generation technology such as Kling. Providers and technologies may change as our production systems evolve.

We seek to provide service providers only with information reasonably necessary for them to perform the relevant services. Service providers may process information under their own contractual, privacy and security obligations.

We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, including to respond to lawful legal process, protect our rights or property, investigate suspected fraud or security incidents, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of business assets.

Lifted does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

These may include access controls, passwords, restricted access to systems and accounts, secure transmission methods, reputable cloud and technology providers, software updates, backups and other security practices appropriate to our operations.

However, no Internet transmission, cloud platform, electronic storage system or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, while we take reasonable measures to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Customers should not submit passwords, banking credentials, government identification numbers, health information or other highly sensitive personal information through our listing-video forms unless specifically requested by Lifted through an appropriate secure method.

9. Privacy and Security Incidents

If Lifted becomes aware of a loss of, unauthorized access to, or unauthorized disclosure of personal information, we will investigate and respond in accordance with applicable law. Where required, we will notify the appropriate privacy regulator and/or affected individuals.

10. Retention and Destruction

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to meet legitimate business, contractual, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal requirements.

Project files and production materials may be retained for a reasonable period after delivery to facilitate revisions, customer support, recordkeeping or repeat orders. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the systems in which it is maintained.
